Our Mission | NSSC Historical Society – Spiritual Science

Preserving the Legacy of Spiritual Science

The National Spiritual Science Center Historical Society (NSSC Historical Society) was created to honor, preserve, and uphold the legacy of the original National Spiritual Science Center (NSSC) in Washington, D.C. While NSSC is the foundation of this work, we also acknowledge its Baltimore charter, the Baltimore Spiritual Science Center (BSSC), whose graduates and teachings are part of the extended ministerial tradition.

Though these institutions have closed, their spiritual teachings, graduates, and sacred standards continue through this society.

Why We Exist

For many, the closure of a spiritual institution marks the end of its influence. But not here. The NSSC Historical Society ensures that:

  • Ordained ministers trained through NSSC and BSSC remain recognized for their contributions to Spiritual Science.
  • Ministerial credentials remain verifiable, allowing ministers to demonstrate their standing in alignment with NSSC’s ethical and spiritual principles.
  • The rich teachings of NSSC are preserved, continuing to inspire seekers, healers, and spiritual leaders today.

What We Do

  • Maintain a Directory of Ministers – A reference for those seeking ordained NSSC- and BSSC-trained practitioners, officiants, and spiritual healers.
  • Verify Ministerial Credentials – Ensuring listed ministers earned their standing through NSSC or BSSC and uphold NSSC’s principles.
  • Preserve Spiritual Science Teachings – Safeguarding the wisdom and history of NSSC for future generations.

This society stands as a living testament to the ministers, scholars, and teachers who walked the path of Spiritual Science—ensuring that their work, knowledge, and spiritual service are never forgotten.
