BYLAWS OF THE NATIONAL SPIRITUAL SCIENCE CENTER OF WASHINGTON, D.C., INC.

EFFECTIVE: JULY 16, 2014

These bylaws detail the structure, purpose, membership guidelines, governance, and fiduciary responsibilities of the National Spiritual Science Center (NSSC) as of July 16, 2014.

The bylaws clarify that:

  • The NSSC is a board-governed religious and educational nonprofit institution, incorporated under 501(c)(3).
  • The Board of Directors holds full control over all spiritual, educational, financial, and legal activities of the Center.
  • No individual may unilaterally assume ownership or succession authority.
  • The Center is empowered to ordain ministers, train healers, and charter affiliate centers.
  • The Board consists of elected members and appointed officials and operates through defined elections, committee systems, and formal voting rules.

These bylaws make it clear that no individual could claim succession or ownership of the Center. They represent the final official governance structure before the Center’s closure and are preserved by the NSSC Historical Society for transparency, education, and spiritual legacy.
